Tablet Speaker Case with Built-in Speakers and Battery (7 Inch)

I ordered one of these  as a spur of the moment purchase and boy am I glad I did.  This has been one of my better buys in a while.  I normally don't buy many tech items without some level or research but this was less than $10 and I didn't have a case for my tablet at the time so I took a blind chance on it.  This particular item shipped from China so I actually forgot about placing the order (took 22 days from order to deliver).  Be sure and check out the review and the photo gallery to see how it looks and how it works!

With a pair of built-in speakers (and built-in battery) the sound is good and with plenty of volume (much louder then the tablet's own speakers).  Makes viewing movies and videos a pleasure!

Ainol Novo 7 Venus 7 inch Android Tablet

Finally got my Novo 7 Venus tablet and my initial impression was this is a Great looking tablet with mediocre performance.  Since I had two tablets at this time, I decided to hold off on attempting a firmware update until instructions for this procedure were a little clearer.  I could always use my Pipo Tablet, which after I upgraded its firmware, actually performed pretty good.  The Venus tablet was performing like crap yesterday and I made a hasty and probably foolish decision to attempt the firmware upgrade.  Check out this video to see how to do it and how it turned out!

Quick Look (review) of Novo 7 Venus coming soon

Ninite.com web site

I don't know about you but I'm really starting to get pissed off at all the crapware you end up with on your computer when you go to download an application, utility or other software.  It wasn't that long ago when you clicked to download a utility that's what you got... now, if you are not careful you download one utility and you end up with toolbars and other stuff you really don't want.  Stuff that fills up your hard drive and in general just messes up the environment you want to keep running clean and tiddy.  I came across this web site Ninite where you can go through a variety of software, click on all the items you want to download and you get a single installer that gets you exactly what software you wanted and you don't have to click, Next-Next-Next and you don't get toolbars you don't want!!
